Add a goal
Fill this in, then finish the commit on GitHub — it works the same way as logging a session: the fields below get baked into a starter file for you. Pick Future idea for something you're not committing to yet — it shows up in the Future ideas section below, not as an active goal.

Day 49 · 4 days overdue 6 sessions · 2h 45m logged Edit on GitHub
Started at 30/35 lessons already done from a prior attempt. Goal this time is to actually retain the patterns, not just finish the checklist — see logs for daily reflections.

Refresh core Python for daily scripting

Day 34 1 session · 20m logged Edit on GitHub
Picking Python back up alongside the DSA course — same daily-practice habit, different language. No fixed schedule yet, so every day counts toward this one until a real cadence is picked (see the DSA goal for what that looks like once it is).

Day 40 · 13 days left No sessions logged yet Edit on GitHub
Haven’t started studying yet — waiting for the DSA course to wrap up first. No fixed schedule set for this one yet, so every day counts toward the streak until a schedule is picked.

Refresh core JS fundamentals (closures, prototypes, async)
javascriptStarted 2026-07-01 · Target 2026-08-15
No sessions logged yet Edit on GitHub
Finished a week ahead of schedule. Closures and the event loop are solid now; prototypes still need occasional lookup but that’s fine — know when to check.
Future ideas (1)
Not committed to yet — no schedule, no streak tracking. Just things worth remembering for later.

Build a small CLI tool in Rust
rustNot started, not scheduled — just something to come back to once the NeetCode and Claude cert goals wrap up. Ownership/borrowing keeps coming up in job specs, so a real side project seems like the fastest way to actually get it rather than reading about it.
